Whistleblowing Policy

The purpose of Hauora Tairāwhiti's Whistleblowing Policy is to define the internal processes for employees to disclose information about serious wrongdoing in, or by the organisation with the Protected Disclosures Act 2000, such that the public interest is promoted by:

a. facilitating the disclosure and investigation of matters of serious wrongdoing in or by Hauora Tairāwhiti; and

b. protecting employees who, in accordance with the Act, disclose serious wrongdoing in or by Hauora Tairāwhiti.
