This service receives referrals from the hospital services and Te Kuwatawata for Specialised Mental Health support and for Addiction support we accept referrals from anywhere including self-referrals.
Te Kuwatawata is a new service which offers support for anyone in distress. This service will then offer support appropriate for families/whanau. This may mean a referral to Te Whare Oranga/CMH+AS.
We accept referrals or offer support to all families/whānau who require specialised support around their Severe and enduring Mental Health and Addiction issues.
Whaiora and whānau accessing these services will receive a comprehensive assessment to determine the best support tailored for them. We will work alongside whanau to support a transition back to their GP practice.
Te Whare Oranga is a Specialised Service for families/whanau that are experiencing Severe and Enduring distress around Mental Health and Addiction issues.
